Transvaal Farm is both a hobby and working farm and the various structures on the property reflect this. Roughly half of the property is harvested annually while open pastures and a distant woodlot represent the next largest portions. The art of artisan goat cheese is repeatedly perfected in C’estbon’s on-site cheese plant directly connected to the farm’s original barn. The long red drive shed and white coverall house much used farm machinery . A small red chicken coop churns out fresh eggs daily while our sizeable vegetable garden provides more than 40 rows of naturally grown goodness throughout the summer.
