Rates

Off season: May 1st to May 31th and Sept 1st to Nov 1st
$840 plus 13% HST tax per week
Peak Season: June 1st to August 31st
$1000 plus 13% HST tax per week
Weekend Rate: Friday & Saturday – $175/night plus 13% HST
Weekday Rate: $140/night plus 13% HST


Policies

Check-in: Sunday 3PM
Check-out: Sunday 11 AM

Deposit: we ask for a deposit of 25% of Farm House rental at time of booking to secure your reservation.



Cancellation Policy: While we certainly hope that life doesn’t interfere with your plans, life sometimes gets in the way and we understand. Should you need to cancel your reservation your deposit will be refunded if cancelled 21 days or more prior to your arrival less a $25 cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel your reservation closer to the date reserved your deposit will be credited to a future visit.
Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Debit are accepted
Damages: The guest will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any breakages, missing items, or damage to property and furnishings. This said cost will be charged to the credit card number used to reserve the room.



Other:

  • Our cats, Tiger and Tom reside in our personal section of the house. Although they are not allowed in guest area, they do not allow other pets
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere or at anytime on our farm property
    If it is found that a person has been smoking in the house, guest stays will be immediately terminated without refund and additional fees for professional smoke cleaning services may be charged to the guest party
  • Burning of candles or incense is not permitted in guest rooms or common area
  • Lost Keys: If forgotten keys are not returned within a week time of check-out a $50 charge will be levied to replace the lock
  • Limited Wi-Fi access
  • Free designated parking is available on site
